Main Objective

Ø Ensure the required legal compliance in all aspects related to the company’s social objective, as well as provide relevant advice to Senior Management for effective decision-making.

Job Description

Ø Conduct research and analyze legal conflicts. Represent BYD in any commercial lawsuits it may have.

Ø Carry out all the processes and registrations before the IGJ (House of companies) that the company requires

Ø Coordinate BYD commercial and corporate contracts

Ø Custody, monitoring and updating of company documents.

Ø Generate responses to requests, complaints and claims from clients, and other entities that may affect BYD.

Ø Collect, review and ensure signatures by BYD legal representatives, clients or suppliers, for the correct signing of documents and their execution.

Ø Guarantee compliance with Argentine laws and legislation that affect BYD.

Ø Explanation of new legislation and legal documents to Senior Management.

Ø Preparation and review of legal documents according to the request of administrative staff.

Ø Make legal negotiation proposals

Ø Draft legal documents, such as contracts, sales, legal opinions, among others.

Job Requirements:

Language: English Intermediate/Advanzed

Living Address: Buenos Aires City/ Buenos Aires Province.

Certification: Preferably registered in Colegio Público de Abogados de Capital Federal

Education: Lawyer specializing in Commercial Law, preferably with a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law or Private Law

Experiences: More than 5 years of experience in law firms or companies.
