About the Opportunity
Redda Group has been retained by a prestigious professional services organization to identify a Mid-Level Associate This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile patent disputes involving cutting-edge 4G/5G telecommunications technologies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patent litigation matters through all phases of case development.
- Assist with Inter Partes Review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.
- Analyze patents, prior art, and wireless communication technologies.
- Draft motions, briefs, petitions, and other legal filings.
- Collaborate with technical experts and clients on complex telecommunications matters.
Qualifications
- J.D. and active bar membership.
- 3-5 years of patent litigation and PTAB/IPR experience.
- Minimum 2 years of substantive patent litigation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with 4G/5G telecommunications technologies and industry standards required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Patent prosecution experience.
- USPTO registration number.
- Experience with LTE, 5G NR, wireless standards, or standard-essential patents (SEPs).

Pay: $235,000.00 – $365,000.00 per year
