As a Legal Assistant, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director and Executive Secretary to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Job Summary: The Legal Assistant works on all aspects of client care, from initial documents intake to final close of case. The duties include but are not limited to: assisting in the preparation of clients for meetings with caseworkers and physicians. This includes answering phones, taking messages from clients, filing documents, scheduling appointments, etc.
Required Skills: · Excellent organization skills.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. · Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload. · Ability to work independently or within a team as needed. · Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including clients, caseworkers, physicians and staff. · Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with occasional deadlines. · Ability to work well under pressure. · Ability to work effectively without supervision. · Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining accuracy and quality of work product. · Experience using computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office products.

Pay: $25.01 – $26.31 per hour
