Location: Hybrid – working onsite and remote
Responsibilities
Responsible litigation matters for wages, bonuses, FMLA, employment issues, ect..
Class actions cases
Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client inquiries.
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
Assist with compliance related to labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for client representation.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
A minimum of 3 years of experience performing transactional work in labor law & PAGA
Strong knowledge of labor and employment law principles.
Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients.

Pay: $259,000.00 – $365,000.00 per year
