We are representing a global private equity and investment advisory firm headquartered in Luxembourg.
You will join their human-sized team, where you will be in charge of coordinating corporate administration and play a key role in supporting the Legal Department.
Your role:
In this role, you will collaborate on the administration of portfolio companies through tasks like document drafting, board scheduling, and maintaining records.
It will also include handling compliance requirements such as KYC and FATCA/CRS forms, as well as coordinating with external parties for transactions and bank account setups.
Your profile:
You have at least a first consolidated experience in a legal support role within a fiduciary, a Private Equity fund, or a law firm.
You are also an organized team player with good communication skills in English.
