A leading global Private Equity firm is looking for a Corporate Administrator to support the administration and governance of its Luxembourg fund structures.
Your role:
You will coordinate with internal teams and third-party administrators on corporate administration tasks, including fund structuring, entity incorporations, and regulatory filings.
You will handle board and shareholder meeting preparations, oversee statutory records, and support legal and compliance processes related to fund operations.
Your profile:
You have at least 3 years of experience in fund or corporate administration, either in-house or in a third-party.
You are fluent in English, knowledgeable about AIFMD, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
