The practice is deeply embedded in the Worcester and broader New England market, advising generations of high-net-worth families, business owners, fiduciaries, and closely held enterprises on complex estate planning, wealth preservation, tax strategy, and trust administration matters.

⚖️ The Role
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and wealth transfer planning
- Draft sophisticated trusts, wills, and advanced planning vehicles
- Handle trust and estate administration matters
- Work directly with high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries
- Play a key role in long-term client relationship management and succession planning

- Strong background in trusts & estates / estate tax planning
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated planning matters
- Must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts
