该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述:
- Giving advice to clients regarding the protection of their IP rights; assuring their business complies with legal requirements and managing both internal and external legal resources.
- Providing helpful legal assistance within the Rouse team, working with our lawyers to draft complaints, prepare memos, warning letters and various other legal documents.
- Advising and advocating clients in civil actions or other non-contentious IP cases.
- Attending, pursuing or providing all necessary assistances in criminal IP enforcement actions through PSBs, Prosecutors and Courts.
- Managing litigation, arbitrations and other legal proceedings. 任职要求:
- Bachelor degree in law with bar exam certificate or a dual degree for English & Law;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in IP field;
- Good at spoken and written English (equal or above TEM 8 level) ;
- Good communication skills with different departments;
- Patient, detail-minded, initiative & self-disciplined;
- Can work under pressure, a team player;
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.)
