岗位职责 (Key Responsibilities)

  1. 为交易所现货、合约、OTC、钱包、Earn、Listing等核心业务提供全面法律支持
  2. 起草、审核和谈判中英文商业合同及各类法律文件
  3. 维护更新用户协议、隐私政策、风险披露及平台规则
  4. 对新产品/新业务进行法律风险评估并提出可落地建议
  5. 处理用户投诉、律师函、执法请求、账户冻结等突发法律事项，并协调外部律师跟进跨境法律问题

English

  1. Provide comprehensive legal support for core exchange businesses including spot, derivatives, OTC, wallet, Earn, and Listing
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate bilingual (Chinese/English) commercial contracts and legal documents
  3. Maintain and update user agreements, privacy policies, risk disclosures, and platform rules
  4. Conduct legal risk assessments for new products/businesses and provide actionable recommendations
  5. Handle user complaints, legal notices, law enforcement requests, and account freezes, while coordinating with external counsel on cross-border legal matters

任职要求 (Requirements)

  1. 法学本科及以上学历，持律师资格证优先，5年以上法律工作经验
  2. 具备加密货币交易所、Web3、金融科技或互联网平台相关法律经验优先
  3. 熟悉交易所业务模式，能独立起草、审核、谈判中英文合同
  4. 具备处理用户争议、执法请求、资产冻结等风险事件的实操经验优先
  5. 英文可作为工作语言，具备良好的风险判断与跨团队沟通协调能力

English

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Law, bar qualification preferred, with 5+ years of legal work experience
  2. Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, Web3, fintech, or internet platforms preferred
  3. Familiar with exchange business models; capable of independently drafting, reviewing, and negotiating bilingual contracts
  4. Hands-on experience handling user disputes, law enforcement requests, or asset freezes preferred
  5. Proficient in English as a working language, with strong risk judgment and cross-functional communication skills
