Job Description
Job Title: Lawyer
Functional Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing and revising the company's trade related contracts and
legal documents, and improving the company's standard contract text. Ensuring
the legality and validity of various legal documents related to international
trading, mostly export from China, with a range of countries, including Russia.
Participation in business negotiations and providing legal support for
trade-related decisions;
Construction of compliance management system, follow up the policy trends
of Chinese and international laws and regulations and implement them in daily
legal work;
Providing daily legal advice and guidance for business purposes;
Completing other work assigned by the company related to the functions
mentioned above.
Work Experience
At least 2 years.
Key Professional Skills And Competencies
Familiar with company law, contract law and other Chinese legislation
applicable to international trading trading activities;
Enthusiasm for work, positive, practical and hard-working, quick and
meticulous thinking, clear thinking, strong language and writing skills;
With all kinds of legal affairs logical judgment and analysis ability;
Can accept business trips.
Education
Full-time bachelor degree or above, law and other related majors, with 3-5
years or more of legal related work experience in international trading
company, involved into export activities from China to other countries,
including Russia;
Relevant certification or additional training is an advantage.
Language Proficiency
Standard Mandarin, proficient in English, English usually will be used as a
working language.
