The Role
- Handle insurance defense, premises liability, professional liability and broader civil litigation
- Take and defend depositions, manage discovery and draft substantive motions
- Communicate directly with carriers, adjusters and clients
- Build genuine case-management and trial-preparation experience

Requirements
- 3+ years Insurance Defense experience
- Massachusetts Bar admission
- Strong carrier reporting and billing-guideline experience
