Pharma | Senior Legal Counsel | Basel | 12 months+ | 80-100% | April 2025 | CHF 150’000+
Responsibilities:
Advise on corporate and commercial matters across a variety of functions
Manage contract lifecycle processes to ensure timely execution and legal compliance
Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts, advising on potential impacts and proposing solutions
Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws, regulations and industry guidelines to advise stakeholders on necessary adjustments
Negotiate, draft and review commercial contracts with a focus on manufacturing and procurement contracts as well as R&D agreements
Experience:
Full professional fluency in English
Completed University degree in law
Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
Proven knowledge of general commercial law and commercial contracts
At least 5 years PQE as an inhouse counsel within the Pharma- or Life Science industry
