Legal Client Service Representative

For more than 25 years, our firm has been dedicated to advocating for clients who have suffered life-altering injuries, and this role is pivotal to ensuring their first interaction with us sets the tone for extraordinary service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact by answering inbound calls or meeting with potential clients in-office who are seeking legal support following a life-altering injury or disability.
Provide empathetic and exceptional client care, ensuring every person feels heard and respected.
Collect detailed information about potential clients’ cases and facilitate introductions to our attorneys for case evaluations.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with potential clients from web forms, chats, or lead-generating platforms.
Maintain accurate and organized client information in our database while responding to inquiries quickly and professionally.
Support the Growth Team and Intake Department while collaborating with attorneys, partners, and legal assistants to deliver unmatched client experiences.
Drive behaviors that directly contribute to the firm’s growth by prioritizing responsiveness, professionalism, and exceptional care.
Qualifications To Thrive in This Role
Preferred customer service and/or sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to better serve a diverse client base.
Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.
A client-first mindset and the ability to demonstrate care and empathy in all interactions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by metrics, with strong time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
